In January, the Canine Team wrapped up a comprehensive 3-day training course. Held in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
The primary objectives of the course were to uphold or enhance the competency levels of
the UK ISAR canine teams.
These objectives aimed to ensure that qualified teams maintain the necessary skill sets to serve as deployable assets within the UK ISAR team.
Throughout the training, team members explored various sites spanning different buildings, live rubble scenarios, and open areas. These environments offered complex challenges, allowing for simulated searches in urban settings amidst collapsed structures.
