Our Strategic UK ISAR Lead DCFO Nick Searle, UK ISAR National Coordinator Russ Gauden, and our UK Training Officer, Paul Courtney, spent time with the Cayman Islands Government Fire Service as part of a Capability Team Building.
The visit from UK ISAR was designed to help Cayman Islands Search and Rescue Team develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes they need to work effectively together in challenging environments.
UK ISAR is well-prepared to respond to emergencies and was able to share best practices, expertise and knowledge in simulation exercises and joint training.
