The Operational Commander Training aimed to equip the UK ISAR Team Coordinators with essential skills in decision-making, leadership, safety, crisis management, communication, health, and mobilization.
Furthermore, the Crew Leaders Course served to reinforce vital skills for both current and aspiring leaders. This included honing abilities in decision-making, leadership, team building, crisis management, mobilization, and much more.
The comprehensive nature of the course ensures that team members are fully prepared to handle any scenario during a mobilization.
